Description : WenYuan Rounded variable font for Simplified Chinese

 - why is this package useful/relevant?
WenYuan Rounded is a high-quality rounded font which follows CJK
glyph standards, useful for desktop users. I am also a user of this
font and would like to make it available for more users.

 - how do you plan to maintain it?
I plan to maintain it long-term on my own. Also, I am currently looking for
a sponsor and would also welcome guidance or co-maintenance from the
   Debian Fonts Team.
