 The yaml package enables Go programs to very comfortably encode and decode
 YAML values. It was developed within Canonical as part of the juju project,
 and is based on a pure Go port of the well-known libyaml C library to parse
 and generate YAML data quickly and reliably.

 This library is an incompatible fork of go.yaml.in/yaml/v4 used by several
 of pb33f's projects.

I won't weigh in on the wisdom of yet another yaml library fork,
especially one that's introduced incompatible changes with upstream.
But, several pb33f libraries already packaged in Debian now depend on
this library, so packaging it is required to properly update those
other packages.
