Form what I gathered from the manpage, tracks can be selected as
ranges only, open and non-open, including one or more tracks.
However, it would be very nice if cdparanoia would also allow
me to select all tracks of a CD that I'd like to read in one
row, such as

	1,2,5,10
	1,2-8,10-20
	1,4-8,10-
