Inclusion of special characters in html &something; notation will print
correctly in thumbnail caption. However, in AlbumTitle and page title
they are reproduced literally (not as special character) on index page,
while printed correctly on thumbnail page. E.g.:

AlbumTitle: Herpetofauna de Braganç

will appear as "Bragança" and not as "Bragança" on output
page index.shtml. The page title

Page: page
	Herpetofauna de Bragança

appears correctly in page.shtml and the picture pages, but not on index
page.
