GUI elements like checkboxes are toggled in the GUI forms with a space,
while enter "submits" the form (accepts changes). In contrast, in HTML
forms, a space scrolls the page and enter toggles the GUI element. This
is quite confusing -- I often accidentally accept GUI forms when I only
intend to toggle the element. The behaviour should be consistent between
the two.
