There are a few problems with the output:

1. The generated Table of Contents won't list anything lower than
   a subsection, and there is no option to tell it to do so.
2. Numbers are not placed on anything lower than a subsection,
   and there is no option to tell it to do that either.

Which backend did you use? LaTeX? RTF?

Anyway, I plan to downgrade it to 'wishlist', since it is not a bug.
