Hi Steve,

Today I got a recovery mail from caballero for a file I edited in
January. Joey was the one to find out that this was sent because of
a reboot on that machine.

Considering that I think it does not make much sense to send those
emails only on reboot. They should be issued a day after the crash
at most.

How about sending those in a cron.daily job as well?
