Sometimes, I work with a wrong umask or copy the orig tarballs from a
system with wrong umask, so I loose the read permission on .orig
tarballs for other (perm. 600). Unfortunately, dput copies the stuff
with scp including the permissions, and so dinstall fails on auric.
Please add a hook to check the permissions of files and warn the user or
abort in such problem cases.
