as said in subject, could netpbm tools (*topnm, pnmto*, pnm*) support
--help and/or -h? could probably go upstream, i think...

In general, I'm going to implement that. But - it will need some time
as I first want to catch up with upstream. (And: Some tools have
already that implemented.)

I recently had an email conversation with upstream (Bryan Henderson)
about this. Not implementing --help is a concious decision.
