I found no link to xjump website, so I'm using the BTS for this. It could be very nice if xjump had two players support. This could work that way: two characters must jump so that the last one to survive is the winner. So you have to survive, but also to jump faster than the opponent. So you score one point, and game continue until one player decides to stop. I do not have time to hack this, but I would be very grateful if upstream could add this must-have feature. :-) Cheers, Benjamin
I added this 2 players mode two years ago. It's not exactly what you requested, but that's a beginning. Ciao,
Fabio Bonelli <fabiobonelli@libero.it> writes: Thanks a lot. This is nearly what I was looking for. Will this patch be included in upstream ? There is not too much things to add to get a real deathmatch-like game: once a player is on top of the screen, let the screen scroll upwards, which will certainly cause the other player to die if he's too low ... nice. :-) Cheers, Benjamin
This bug showed up as Bug of the Day[1] and I forwarded the issue upstream.
Kind regards
Andreas.
