Hi,

 alsaplayer doesn't seem to support "in stream" tags.  If I open
http://ogg.smgradio.com/vr96.ogg with ogg123 I see:

    Artist: Natalie Imbruglia
    Title: Torn

 and that changes continously during the stream.  alsaplayer just
 displays the URL.
