It would be helpful if the README.Debian explained what state the
package was in after installing it.

1. What options was it built with (e.g., ssl, zip)?

2. What state is the system in?  (i.e., there is no subversion
repository on your system.  You need to create one if you want it.  If
you want to use Apache, you will need to x, y, and z.).

You might also mention other setup that's necessary (e.g., I think ssl
needs some certificates to be generated; I suppose apache needs
tweaking).

Then, but this is getting more into the scope of 173960, some advice
or cookbook on how to set up (what directory?  what ownership and
permissions?) would be good too.
