Hi,

I ran into a need for automatically doing some admistrative tasks when I'm
adding users to groups. To scratch an itch, I made some modifications to
the adduser and deluser scripts. I thought this feature might also be useful
to someone else, so I included a patch.

I am merging this bug to the other hook-requesting bugs.

This looks too straight-forward to me. I'd love to see an integrated
patch that solves all hooks in a way that isn't that hard-coded.
