The manpage for sudoers is somewhat difficult to use because there is a long list of flags and parameters in the middle: To get an overview over the syntax of the sudoers file, one has to move many times between the EBNF sections before and behind the list. I propose that the sections called "Flags:" up to "Lists that can be used in a boolean context" are moved to the end of the manpage, just before the "EXAMPLES" section.
