Can you by any change provide more information about this? E.g. it only
crashes after long usage, or it crashes only, if you use a very large
playlist. Anything helpfull for replicating the crash would be a help.

It just crashed for me after 8 minutes of use with a playlist of length 26
songs.  I usually keep a much longer playlist, but I don't think it crashes
any faster with that.  I can do some more "testing" if you want.

I did some heavy testing a long time ago and did it again just today,
but your Bug is unreproducible. I tried wmusic with a xmms playlist of
aproximately 5000 files, but it never crashed - neither the old version
nor the newest release.

Would you please try the newest version and verify that the bug is still
there?

The wmusic package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/456743 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

wmusic 2.1.0-2 has been reintroduced into Debian unstable.

Please try it and see if the issue has been fixed.

If the issue has been fixed, please let us know on this bug.

If the issue has not been fixed, please search the upstream bug
databases to see if the issue is already reported and if it is not
reported, then report a new issue upstream and or contact the upstream
mailing lists. Please let us know about any new or existing upstream
bugs you file or find.
