On my PowerBook Pismo, the ALSA mixer provides capture enable controls
for multiple input sources (line-in, onboard mic, CD). However, the
curses mixer shows the capture controls, while the GUI mixer panel does
not. It only shows the capture controls for the 'Master' volume channel
(which controls output of the capture channels through
speakers/headphones. This should definitely be fixed. (Also, certain
channels, like the Capture channel, can't be properly controlled through
the GUI mixer panel - but I believe there's another bug filed about that
already.)

I'm aware that this bug is now allowed to drink alcohol in any country of the world (where drinking alcohol is allowed at all).

and that there was no actual change on the package side that could have triggered a resolution of the problem.

OTOH, I'm actually not able to reproduce the problem here, and if it is not reproducible any more, we might as well close it.

(given the bug's age, I'd like to close it in say a month or so, unless somebody objects)
