I just looked at "gpm-root" and noticed that the middle button (both on 2
button mice) doesn't work.  I am assuming this is because gpm doesn't support
3 button emulation like X does.

My idea is to setup gpm to allow this and emulate 3 buttons the same way that
X does.

left for select
both/middle for paste
right for extended select
