While hercules is interruptible by pressing ^Z, some things are a
bit ugly:
- - it doesn't reset terminal colors, i.e. the shell prompt is
yellow-on-red when I do that;
- - after resuming, line editing doesn't work any more, and <ESC> doesn't
switch screens.
