Recent versions of dvd+rw-booktype do not work on my burner (HP DVD
Writer 200j 1.36).  Old versions work fine:

neurosis:~/tmp$ dvd+rw-tools-5.14.4.7.4/dvd+rw-booktype -dvd-rom-spec -media /dev/dvdrw
Current media Book Type Field is 01h: DVD-ROM specification [revision 1]
neurosis:~/tmp$ dvd+rw-tools-5.16.4.8.5/dvd+rw-booktype -dvd-rom-spec -media /dev/dvdrw
:-[ RICOH_F9h(2) failed with SK=5h/ASC=24h/ACQ=00h]: Input/output error

I see there were some big structural changes in the code, so I'm not
sure where to start looking for this particular bug.
