The Change Settings dialog is a user friendly way of configuring pterm, but it doesn't seem to save the resulting
configuration anywhere. Next time pterm is started, settings setup during pterm's last session are not restored.

The idea would be for pterm to have a .ptermrc config file where options configured in Change Settings would be
stored, so that they can be reused again for future sessions.
