Could you please include pexports in the mingw32 package?

Its an extremely useful tool found in the mingw-utils package from
www.mingw.org.

Because I just realised all other discussion on this was off list.

The general conclusion was this belongs in its own package
some{where,how} and not in with the cross toolchain packages.
So if someone would like to package pexports separately
before I get to it, then please feel free.  Otherwise, its
on my list, but buried pretty deeply I'm afraid.  Feel free
to ping me if you have the urge to take this on.
