I tried the js mouse type and I can only use fire buttons
as left/right buttons but  I cannot move the cursor.
cat /dev/input/js/0 shows some activity when joystick or cap is moved.
I have an analog joystick connected to ESS AudioDrive.

Err, arrgh.

Does the pointer move any at all if you move the joystick heavily in one
direction, and then, keeping it there, then doing something to generate
joystick data? (IE, pressing buttons.)

If I my guess is right, it should slowly move along, but only while it
is getting data.

AFAICT it does not move.

I tried holding either the stick or the cap down and pressing the first
button. Although the line was flashing as it was repeatedly selected the
cursor was still at the same place.
Because the joystick has autofire feature it was easy to generate quite
a few clicks.

Hi Hilaire,

Because this just requires a single rebuild, I've uploaded the rebuild
as a NMU into DELAYED/2-day on gluck:~tfheen. This now depends on the
correct libraries from unstable.

If you wish to overrule this upload you have two days before the NMU
gets processed..
