If I open a window on a mount point like /usr and then remount that mount
point readonly or readwrite nautilus closes all windows on that mount point.

If it really have to close that windows at least it should reopen them after
remount.

There is a strace -f output attached.

Steps to reproduce (assuming /usr is a separate partition mounted ro):

Open /usr in nautilus
#mount -o remount,rw /usr

The nautilus /usr window will close.

Sounds like a wishlist to forward upstream?

this is an old bug.

Could you please still reproduce this issue with newer nautilus version
like 3.4.2-1+build1 or 3.12.2-1 ?
