Hi,

My mother moved a folder from her Maildir inbox which she accesses using
IMAP and Mozilla Thunderbird, into the Trash. She then purged the Trash,
deleting all the folders (I verified this by peering into the Maildir
itself.) However, when she refreshed her mailbox, those folders
reappeared. I did some poking around and her
Maildir/courierimapsubscribed still contains the deleted folders.

Removing the entries causes the folders to finally disappear from the
Trash.

Whether this is a clientside issue or a serverside issue, I am not sure
(perhaps the client should be responsible for unsusbcription?) So feel
free to reassign to mozilla-thunderbird.

I have recently taken over maintenance of the courier packages.  I apologize
that nobody responded to your bug report in a timely manner.  Can you confirm
if this is still an issue?
