The current definition is:

  # Please, don't teergrube people who relay for you or your own MXes :-)
  #SAteergrubecond: ${if and { {!eq {$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.1}} {!eq {$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.2}} } {1}{0}}

But this could be more generalized with something like this (untested code):

   ${if or ${lookup {$sender_host_address}
	     lsearch{/etc/exim4/sa-exim-no-teergrube.list} {0}{1}}
           ${lookup {$sender_host_name}
	     lsearch{/etc/exim4/sa-exim-no-teergrube.list} {0}{1}}

It would be good if both IP and host name were allowed.

No :=) Ad I titled "untested code", which was based on the original
example which used $sender_host_address variable. Does that mean that the
original example should be changed too?
