The manual of apt-get(1) reads:

  SEE ALSO
       apt-cache(8),   apt-cdrom(8),   dpkg(8),  dselect(8),  sources.list(5),
       apt.conf(5),    apt-config(8),    The    APT    User's     guide     in
       /usr/share/doc/apt/, apt_preferences(5), the APT Howto.

You might want to consider adding also

	apt-file(1) apt-show-versions(1) aptitude(1) debget(1)

apticron, aptitude, aptlinex, apt-listbugs, apt-listchanges, apt-mirror,
apt-move, aptoncd, apt-p2p, apt-proxy, apt-rdepends, apt-rpm-repository,
aptsh, apt-show-source, apt-show-versions, apt-spy, apt-src,
apt-transport-debtorrent, apt-transport-https, apt-utils, apt-watch,
apt-watch-gnome, apt-zip, ara, ara-byte, auto-apt, debarchiver, debaux,
debdelta, debfoster, debget, debian-goodies, deborphan, debtorrent,
dput, dselect, ept-cache, gdebi, gnome-apt, gui-apt-key, apt-key,
jablicator, kio-apt, netselect-apt, synaptic, update-manager,
update-notifier,
Should we list all of them?
What to exclude?
What is the criteria?
Please, one of the maintainers edit the list above, removing the
undesirable to list.

Hello,
At the patch submitted at bug 274295, I listed at the main APT man page
the commands that have respective man pages.
I guess that there is the place to list related tools, if it is decided
to do so.
And other apt commands should point to main apt man page, for
consistency.

Currently this list contains only tools present in apt package plus dpkg and dselect.
Adding 100 other tools makes no sense, IMHO.
