(Even though there might be other ways to do it.)

Are you not seeing "View temporary file" because of a difference in
configuration, or want a different feature?

Maybe you got the two choices

Because of something to do with the contents or name of the URL?

Not sure... anyway perhaps there still are circumstances where you
won't see the "View temporary file" choice, when in fact that's what
you want to do.
