Hi,

courier-imap-ssl requires courier-imap, but it'd be nice if it's
possible to enable the TLS port without also automatically enabling the
non-TLS port without manually editing conf files.

I have recently taken over maintenance of the courier packages.  I apologize
that nobody responded to your bug report.

Can you confirm if this is still a concern with the current version of
courier-imap (5.3.1+1.5.1-3)?
