This is a cool program, thanks for packaging it and getting it uploaded! I have been thinking about something similar for debian kernel packages (and the associated kernel-patch packages), to automate applying kernel-patch packages and attempting compiles to determine if patches will actually apply in debian or not. It would be great if ketchup worked with debian kernel sources and patches, I've marked this as a wishlist because it isn't a bug, just something I'd love to see. micah
