after i add a custom filter rule like 'Reply-To', it'll be not the selected one
for the rule, so i select it from the combo again.

Any news? I still don't see that this is good for all. Unless you can
explain why all need this, I will keep this wontfix. If you care for
this bug you can always try to lobby the mozilla community
(e.g. forums.mozillazine.org) ... nevertheless, if you take action,
please remember to keep this bug up-to-date.
