I'm using evolution with a maildir, which is synced via offlineimap.
However, evolution creates an extra .#evolution folder (which is not a
maildir folder, but contains two files "Junk.cmeta" and "Trash.cmeta")
Well, this would be a bit less annoying if evolution at least would not
show this non-maildir folder itself... but I have this ".#evolution"
folder in my folder list, too...

Also it would be nice if I could hide the annoying (when you don't use
them) "Junk" and "Inbox" folders evolution implicitely shows for
Maildirs (despite not being there, my inbox is called INBOX...)

In total that makes 3 extra folders in my folder list that are of
absolutely NO use to me. That sucks.
