Hi

Automatically configuring courier is not policy compliant for the moment
as one needs to edit conffiles in the process. Debian-Edu for instance
wants to touch etc/courier/authldaprc and etc/courier/imapd.

A solution might be to include some file if it exists in the
configuration...

I have recently taken over maintenance of the courier packages.  I apologize
that nobody responded to your bug report.  Can you please confirm if this is
still a problem with the current version of courier (1.5.1-3)?
