Hi John,

    Just a simple wishlist request to add some `AI' to pppconfig.

    When the user is promped for the ip address of the second
nameserver, pppconfig should use the value of the first name
server as the default value.

    In my case, eg, it would save some typing,

        207.172.3.8     ns1.erols.net           ns1
        207.172.3.9     ns2.erols.net           ns2

    as this fragment from my /etc/hosts file shows.
