/usr/share/icewm/taskbar contains a broken symlink from linux.xpm to
debian.xpm (which does not exist).  I believe that the existing
icewm.xpm should be named debian.xpm and a symlink should be created
from icewm.xpm to debian.xpm.

PS: upstream uses start.xpm, not icewm.xpm for the taskbar icon.
