If an 'image' attribute is added to the 'href' tag, it expands to the
'img' XHTML tag with a 'border="0"' attribute.

See /usr/share/wml/include/std/href.wml:48

This is not valid XHTML. It might make sense to leave it out from the
output so that users can use their own style for the output.

An alternative is to generate a 'style="border:0px"' rather than a
'border="0"' tag. This validates as XHTML 1.1 also.

Patch attached to do this for href. But looks like the following also
need to be fixed (based on a grep for border=0 and border="0" in the wml
system include directory):

wml::std::logo
wml::des::gfont
wml::des::imgdot
wml::des::navbar

Or even leave it without generating a 'border="0"' tag, so that users
can set the border to 0 in their CSS. But this would break backward
compatibility.
