While fetching the source of all installed packages, to honor the GPL source
offer for a Custom Debian Distribution, the following command was executed:

apt-get --download-only --ignore-missing source $(dpkg --get-selections | cut -f 1)

Unfortunately, it turns out that --ignore-missing is ignored by APT whenever
using the source command.

It would be highly desirable to support --ignore-missing for source, since
a CDD may sometimes contain packages whose source cannot be shipped.

Hello.

This bug, as same as most ones with 'normal' severity, will be probably looked
in after Lenny, unless someone justified its upgrading to 'important' or higher.
