Since it has a menu entry "Help/Manual for ktorrent", it seems to have a
manual, but actually the binary package doesn't contain any
documentation.  Since I'm new to bittorrent, I really could use some.

Naturally, one thinks about the license of the documentation - but there
is no hint in changelog.Debian or copyright that it has been removed -
the "dfsg" in the tarball versions is said to be due to the GeoIP data.
