The icon for CD images in the default Gnome icon theme used to feature a CD emblem.
Now it just looks like a basic document, like an empty page of paper.
I'm not sure if this is intentional or due to a missing icon (if this is
some fallback icon).

series. The reason is that it was too much work to maintain such a large
icon set and to keep it consistent.
