When one reload a document (for instance because the file has changed
due to some cvs update), the current behavior it to reset the cursor to
the first line.

A better behavior should be to let the cursor in the same line
(or the last line if the document was to much reduced).

The best behavior should be to try to let the cursor under the same text
piece even if this text piece has moved.
