When clicking on a link inside an email message, the error
"Error: No running window found" occurs if no running instance of iceweasel has *already* been started. Things are normal if there is.

To reproduce:
1. Close all instance of iceweasel.
2. Start icedove on the commandline in a terminal window.
3. Read an email with an URL link.
4. Click on the link.

Result:
No iceweasel window shows up and message "Error: No running window found" is shown on terminal window.

The same problem occurs even if icedove is started with all extension/themes turned off with the option "-safe-mode".
