The tooltip for one of my buddies won't show most of the time. My
Buddy List is almost full-screen on a 1024x600 screen, with maybe 20
pixels vertically allowed for the window title bar. What happens is
that the tooltip pops up and then immediately vanishes. Other buddies
are no problem, and if I make this buddy appear at the top of the
window, then its tooltip, which is almost as tall as the screen,
appears normally.

If I hover over the buddy icon's row with the mouse towards the left
of the screen, I get the symptoms already described: the tooltip for
the buddy pops up and immediately disappears. However, if I hover
further to the right, the tooltip pops up normally. When it does work
normally, the tooltip reaches to the top of the screen, which is not
true for any other buddy tooltip (this is a buddy with multiple
accounts and hence a large tooltip).

4 accounts. The hotmail account takes up the same amount of space as the
other three put together: the whole thing is about 500 pixels vertically.
