When you answer a mail whose author uses double quotes in his/hers descriptive
name (like John "Bull" Smith <john@smith.com>) icedove adds additional double
quotes to band it together. This in turn causes it to precede each internal
quote with a backslash. This is visible in the Outbox/Sent folder message list.
The name in the original mail in Inbox is displayed without the quotes, even
though it was sent from a Windows version of Thunderbird.
