The icons picked by the Run Application window are quite ugly and do not
scale up very well. It looks like it's using the lower quality XPM icons
rather than the PNG ones.

This window uses the list of applications from the menu, so this bug
happens only if the Debian menu is enabled; this is one of the reasons
for its being disabled by default.

(Complaints about the Debian menu requiring 32x32 XPM icons should be
directed to the menu maintainer.)
