icedove displays English twice when activating the spellcheck button:
once as a language name ("English (GB)" or "English (US)"), and once as
a locale name ("en_GB" or "en_US").

This seems to happen any time there is an aspell dictionary installed
with openoffice. I have aspell dictionaries for English/Great Britain
and Russian/Russia installed. So, I have 4 entries in the spellcheck dialog:

English/Great Britain
en_GB
Russian/Russia
ru_RU

If I remove the aspell packages and then install the dictionary addons
from the Mozilla site, everything works fine (but spellcheck dies in
OO). So, it's something to do with how the Debian aspell packages are
installed.
