It would be nice to have some subscription statistics and tools
available. Some concrete ideas that might be interesting:

      * If a bug has X > 0 subscribers, display "X subscribers" at the
        top of the bug page.
      * If a package has bugs with subscribers, display "X unique
        subscribers" and "Y total subscribers" at the top of the package
        page.
      * Graphs of unique subscribers and total subscribers for each
        package, not sure how useful this would be though.
      * A way to contact all subscribers of open bugs (closed & archived
        might be useful too) on a certain package. Useful for people
        that want to contact stakeholders of a package.
