That's not a requirement either, but highly recommended.

Why?  Its current format does come from an older dh-make template.


This seems like a "regular" bug, at worst, so I'm going to downgrade.
(Unless it is breaking some automated tools; if so, please let me know.)

for the next upload, but I don't think any of those changes are really
important.  Unless some automated tool doesn't understand standard
academic Latin phrases, in which case we have a more serious problem
on our hands!
