I tried to play liquidwar with a friend over the LAN, he was using
Windows so downloaded the latest version from the upstream site.

When he ran the server I couldn't connect (version didn't match), and
when I ran the server, I got this:

Please make LW6 have a version-agnostic network protocol!

Message received, will try to make LW6 not as broken as LW5 ;-) Will
still be like that while developping it because it's hard, when you
actually *code* the game to make it fully compliant with upcoming
releases potentially including features you haven't yet thought of.

BTW, I'm just (at this very moment) patching LW5 so that
5.6.3/5.6.4/5.6.5 can cope together.
