The default save location for attachments does not seem to be settable
globally, but only per group. Changing this path for many groups is
very tedious.

Unfortunately the group preferences file only lists groups for which
this has been changed, so search and replace is out of the question,
too.

Maybe selecting 'Edit preferences for selected group' with multiple
groups selected could change the settings of all selected groups at
the same time?
