I'm using JPEG files as custom icons for folders in nautilus (it's great visual aid
while navigating through my photos). As of nautilus 2.22 thumbnailing of such folders
is broken - instead of nice thumbnail with frame and dropshadow I'm getting tiny
(48px high) borderless thumbnail.

Steps to reproduce:

1) create new folder, right-click, properties, tab 'Basic', click icon, file browser appers
2) select any JPEG file at hand, click 'Open', close folder properties dialogue
3) have a look at the folder (how does the thumbnail looks like?)
