The bash 3.2 package uses a two-level tarball build system.  The
interior tarball is named bash-3.2dfsg.tar.gz and has three
documentation files removed from it for licensing reasons.  The
exterior upstream version, however, is just "3.2", which is not
consistent with either bash 3.1 or with other packages which have had
non-DFSG-free materials removed from them.

bash-4.0 in experimental has the same problem; it should be versioned
bash-4.0dfsg.
